No hidden money
Reporting a case, matching, and communicating with a legal professional through the platform are free from start to finish. Every member the platform verifies and accepts pays a membership fee (which covers the platform’s operating, software and marketing costs). Fees arising from instructing a solicitor, or from a solicitor referring the matter to a barrister, are agreed and collected directly between the parties concerned — the platform takes no financial interest from them.
